I got a list for fmic, blow off, exhaust etc and the guys didnt even touch my car, just bent down to make sure there was a front mount... Problem is, permits or not, cops will still sticker u if they think anything on ur car looks dodgy. Or if they dont like you. Or if u are a smartass.
In summary, u will get a sticker if the officer who pulls you over wants to give you one.

yeah i know, but i assume with the permits your trip down to the pits is then just routine ?

True does make it easier, also it seems to help when you have a permit to show the cops. They at least know you've made an effort to do the right thing.

is it 30 buks for each mod? or can you put a few things on the 1 permit?

I went to the licensing centre behind Traffic on plain street. I got the dude to check the whole car and got gonged on my exhaust. I have heard WAY louder exhausts than mine and mine came in at 130.5db at 5000rpm. Couldnt fuckn believe it.
But yes $30 gets you as many permits as you like (in the one sitting)

ive always found the best results by going to the welshpool pits earlier in the day, not 3:30 in the afternoon after theyve spent most of the day argueing with clowns with leaky mufflers and rusty chassis's

permits wont help u if cop doesnt like u or ur a smart ass but if cop stickers u for stuff thats on the permit then the yellow should come off for free if nothig else is picked on.

im passed the days of having things illigal lol most thing ill have is the bov eveythign else ill haev a permit for..

but im over the dark tints thing.. to much touble for tints..

as mentioned to be before by scary, get your permits laminated, if you get the right cop he might just accidently rip your permit into little pieces

My exact point on why permits are USELESS waste of $ in cases like this though!

Cops pull you over after hearing PSSSSSSST, give you the usual RBT and car / engine search. While you may have permit for POD, CAI, FMIC etc etc etc, hes still going to yellow you for the BOV..

Perhaps if your car is "unusual" (ie Stace's) then they no doubt help, but to the average ricer, they wont neccesarily stop you from getting yellowed.
