UPDATE!!

Mao offered me a retune of the car as he believed there was more in it, I was happy with the previous tune, but thought what the hell.

The end result was nearly 30hp extra at the wheels with less boost

The darker lines are the new tune, it does come on fractionally later than the original tune, but this run was done when the TMIC was stinking hot, the first power run was done when the intercooler was cold!!

The second graph shows the boost curve, the blue line is the boost used for this tune.

Nice!....would rather see the boost line remain flat heading towards 7000rpm, not increase, obviously this is part of the reason why you're making 30hp extra (awesome turbo still pumping at those rpms!!!). But those gains are very impressive.

Yes and no. Good observation. Warick had already reduced the duty cycle on the Vi-pec boost control tables after 6500rpm right after the last run.

Power overtook the previous tune at 4700 rpm after boost was reduced by about 0.2bar due to adjustments in the fuel and timing table, to party with the new pump.

The turbo was a good pump and wanted more, but Gav chose to stay on the safe side.

Enjoy the car Gav.
