Steve's 9MR is an awesome bit of kit and as always well driven. Problem is that it is an awfully expensive way of winning the now defunct dutton or a rally sprint and speed event series. It has all tie rods, carbon doors, plastic windows etc so it would not comply with the targa regs so his market to sell it is a bit restricted.

Swapping doors back onto it etc isnt overly hard, but it dulls the performance it delivers. And the 2.3l makes it ineligable at Targa

^^^ Awesome car, but does fall into a bit of a hole in the market. Not a targa car, not a time attack car, not a full road registered fast street car. (but I guess you can always push the envelope of B reg.)
