uhh no. Do 5km/h over the limit wherever you go and more often than not you won't have troubles barring muppets in the right hand lane doing under the limit. You won't get caught by cameras, hopefully less fuckwits will sit on your arse and if they do you should be able to slip over to the left within a short period of time if you're going faster than the left hand lane. I've passed many Police doing 5km/h over the speed limit and never been pulled over either. Have never had a speeding fine in the Betty, and have lost 1 point 9 years ago. If you want to push your luck, do 10% over the limit and hope the cameras aren't taking photos until 67/60, 78/70, 89/80 zones etc.
