Hey fellas

Just purchased a 2010 WRX last month and have noticed the diff seal is leaking, I have gone though the log book and it mentions from the previews owner that it had been noted it was leaking

My question is does the Stat warranty cover this?

And they should of picked this up before they sell the car?

When you say "they" do you mean the dealer? or was the car a private sale? If it was a dealer then you would assume yes, and on top of that they should have been aware of the issue and fixed it prior to selling the car.
