id believe it wouldnt, not sure how NSWs fines are lined up to speeding but here to get a $50 NDP fine you're basically travelling between 5-9kms over? i could be wrong?

What are you guys going to say and do when young people keep killing themselves on the roads (which is what this is all about)??

Attitudes and better training for learner drivers would probably be far more effective.

Give them 4points (everyone makes mistakes) and scrap the current driver education system and actually teach them proper skills.

Im sure "finding an address" (one of the tests when i got my license) certainly didnt make me a better driver.

No fucken shit!

Yet another bandaid solution by those stupid good for nothing fat cats.

They introduced Hoon Laws - it failed.
They introduced limitations in regards to what cars P Platers can drive - that failed too.
No demerit points for P Plater - guess what?

If they think that will reduce the road toll they're living in a land of fairytale and make believe.

I've always been a firm believer in Driver Training.... and I'll leave it at that.

Fark I would've lost my license quick smart then....... I understand if there caught being stupid, doing burnouts, racing, involved in an accident that they cause etc etc yeh punish them them, but getting done for 9 ks of the the limit and losing a point and ping your gone..... a little harsh..... We all speed if you say you dont your lying, everyone has at some time, its what people do when there speeding that farks them up......

if someomne does something stupid p plater or not.....doing something stupid in a car is well....stupid either way, they shouldnt be singled out just coz of age, and no im not a p plater, been off em several years. They should all be under the same set of rules.

i do however agree on a lower alcohol reading for p platers then non p platers.

YES like mat sed, they would be better off spending it on driver training, i dont know when they will get it through their thick heads!!!!
