Yes & No.. At the end of the day the decision comes down to the Underwriters in determining high risk vs low risk circumstances.

OK Big thank you to Trav, the STI is now insured with RAC.

Age: 19
Insurer: RAC
Car: MY05 STi
Agreed Value: $25,000 (went to 20k and changed the ~$80, to me its worth keeping it higher)
Cost: $1730 P/A
Excess: $1200 total (650 basic + 550 age).

Now to get rid of this FMIC..
