Why the sad face? If you're in a position to afford a 44k car at age 19, what's $45 a week to insure it?

Such is life working for the gorgon project, no but I am pretty happy with it, RAC was cheaper than any other ones I checked out by far, but sad face was more directed at the people in thread getting discounts and shit.

Da ffuq? Did you get them to beat another quote aswell? Coz mine wasn't a standard quote, I had them beat RAC and you have the same premium to the cent!

Yup! had them beat RAC they originally offered me $1655 but RAC was around 1028? I think.

About to renew with SGIO again. I have to renegotiate my contract with them because they love to bump up premiums.

I will be using RAC as a reference and mkaing SGIO reduce by 10%.

Best system available!

Shopped around this year as I wasn't too happy with the cost of my policy, ended up dropping the value price to save a few $$$ and elected to stay with SGIO for another year.

Found it very hard to get the agreed value on my car or finding an insurer who was happy enough to insure a car that had been modified.

Age: 26
Insurer: SGIO fully comprehensive
Car: 2010 MY11 Subaru Impreza WRX Sedan
Mods: As per my build thread and covered by this policy.
Agreed Value: $40,000
Suburb: Canning Vale
Cost: $1301.26/year ($800 claim excess with no age excess)
1 not at fault accident (rear ended whilst slowing down at traffic lights) and 1 speeding fine, maximum % NCB.
