your dedication to the flat four cause is impressive i only changed the coils on mine the other day and i was swearing at the thing i tip my hat to you sir......

Sometimes i considder engine removal when i do mine ...

I have so much stuff removed from my engine bay that its not a hard job with a flexy head 3/8 ratchet

yeh not hard just time consuming (never done them before) i did take out battery, washer res & and airbox made it a lot easier.

Yea i allways remove those its a def must unless you have really tiny hands

Last time i changed plugs i think it was about a 15min job all up. But my car doesnt have airbox or washer bottle. And my engone is sitting about 30mm higher in the bay because i have removed the body spacers. So all i had to do was remove battery and then coils and plugs. Easy as.

Any suggestions for removing the black sticky residue? That shit is aids e85 wouldnt touch it

Haha its the middle of summer im still waiting .. might have to go get some nasty 91 octane haha .. the actual deadner is gone just the black sticky is left so should be to bad .. might get a pack or 3 of scotch bright pads
