Yep that's it I made the decision last time the motor came out if the block comes apart the next time it goes back in will be a 2.x l and this one works out to 2.125 at a rough calculation so lil but of a jump from 1.994

well its been a lil bit since i updated his .....

the engine build went together ok and held out all power cruise weekend which was great

how ever sean went to tune it the day before and he picked up on a cylinder was down on comp so it never seen more then 18 psi on that setup .. saying that still made a very lazy 315hp hahah

so engine came out the following weekend and inspected for damage.. as it turns out the exhaust valves in that cal where not seated properly and as a result of driving on them they need replacing.

so heads are in currently for a service, replace parts and decking.

i got down to pulling block apart and more bad/ lucky i didn't leave it longer news the gudgeon circlip on number one had disappeared and the pin badly damaged the bore.

i have sourced a replacement s20c block to have bored back to the size i need and decked flat again

but after all the disaster blah blah fml parts of the story here is some good stuff

new turbo set up

seagull, s20525xxx, Bram and 2 others like this.
