Run stock boost & don't fuck with it unless you have a spare $10k burning a hole in your pocket.

Have it flash tuned (verso etc) & sell your Eboost to another noob.

It seams that there are a lot of people that think they know what they are talking about I myself am a mechanic and a auto spark 18psi would not be detrimental to the engin without a tune they run high boost to begin with @13-14psi so yes I do have a idea yes it will blow if I take it past red line every time. thanx to the people who gave me a welcome and a positiv mesage but I think there is too many people on this forum who are wanna be Subaru specialists But pay others to do the work for them so this will be the shortest forum membership ever

18psi without a tune on a bugeye WILL kill it. Notice how some of us have been members for a long long long time? That has meant we have experienced it all.

mikewilde84, ignore the haters - you turn up the wick on that bitch and smash the boost into it. I mean its not like your ECU controls the turbo right? Exhaust gases makes it spin, not some fandangled computer. While you are at it, install a BOV that vents to atmosphere as well and BOOM - tarmac tearing street beast.*
