nick73, I should be ok with the directions just not sure of the procedures once arriving at the venue :P when I book though ill try to get into the am session that way I will be able to have a chat to you and pick your brain alittle!

will get my brakes checked out prior to the event also!

Re rally licence: Fair point. I simply wasn't aware you needed National Rally to drive Targa - that's what I get for just being a co-driver: only need the L2S (or rally co-driver only licence).

I can now see where my confusion came from: as a driver, if entering Targa South West or CHALLENGE class in the full Targa West you only need L2S. Full competition spec requires the National Rally Licence.

Hmm looks like you do. Supp regs for 2015 state: "[Article 3.1] Both Driver and Co-Driver shall hold, as a minimum, a current CAMS National Rally Licence. Co-Drivers who will not drive during the event may hold a National Rally Navigator Only Licence."
Last year I nav'd on L2S in full comp Targa last year. Licence was checked at scruit; no questions asked. Perhaps that was a mistake! Will enquire and let you know via PM.

Hmmm...interesting Alex...I thought you would have needed a national Rally Navigator licence to do QTW last year...oh well, you'll be driving it this year so just go and get a national Rally Driver one!
