Luca (Vyper) is running the TD06 20G on his STI and is making 330hp.

He also has the supporting mods to help it acheive the 330Hp.

yeah i dont really have any other plans, around 300hp or a bit more :P 350ish even ahah and thats it for a while, ive got tafe and possibly uni to worry about and need the car to be reliable etc.

TD05 20g sounds good.. td06 seems a bit too big for wat i want. Tenagah are selling gtps02 turbos which are TD05 20g i think? for $1650? might give them a ring for that? is it a good turbo?

Feral is the only 06 WRX running a gtps02 (that I know of, sure there is plenty more), his has HEAPS more to give too.

TD05 is way more suited to you from what you have said though.

isnt the gtps02 a TD05 turbo? on tenagah it says it is..

TD05h-20g would also be my choice too for a 2.5 rex....no trial and here either mate....Feral's beast proves it's an awesome turbo BUT think about at least an upgraded top mount if you intend to push up to 300whp.

yeah, would an sti top mount be good? thats what im planning on going for. The sti top mount is the best.. thats what the guys at allstar said 2 me anyway?

hey mate just thought id add my bit,
ive got an 06 running a gtps02 had to upgrade the i/c so wen for the front mount. Had it VERSO tuned thinks its a little over 18 psi and got 307hp with bigger injectors im sure it would be capable of a bit more just a matter of how much ure willing to spend

nice figures alex.. i really dont want to be changing to a frount mount though, i hope a sti top mount can hold around 300 horses..

STi mount will be fine (well sorta, I wouldn't track the car in summer) for 300hp but you will need to upgrade your injectors.
