Do you have a car yet to do this on, though? Or does finance still need to be approved

If you want to get 11's on a "budget" have a look at this...

http://www.houseofpower.com.au/index..._gets_smashed/

and the list of goodies in it...

http://www.houseofpower.com.au/index...silver_bullet/

You can buy a VT/VX SS for between $12-$16k now and put the "$10k" worth of mods in it and there is an 11sec car!

This is so true, there are guinea pigs and there are people that learn from them. This forum is all about doing it better than the person before you, but that can be done alot easier by learning from that person.

+1 for House of Power. Rob is absolute magic. Sent a few of my mates there and they couldn't be happier. And he defines the no bullshit approach.

And alex why dont you grow up, what makes you figure im 17.... considering im 21.
And what is all you guys problem, your guys are all sheep to each other, 1 person has a dig and everyone has to jump on the band wagon, talk about lame. why dont the ones that have to pull this piss grow up and show your age, instead of trying to be hardcore and making yourselves look like complete and utter tossers.

Immuture sheep alot of you are.

OK, so can we at least agree now that the 2.8 stroker is not such a good idea? After all that is the point of the thread.

What you need to do is formulate EXACTLY what you will be using the car for DVSLYQUIK. Saying all you want to do is chop your mate in his stroked 5L is just begging for treatment not unlike you have already received. No-one will take you or that statement seriously.
