type westy's warehouse into google, contact him, tell him what size you need and your budget and he will give you a (long) list of what he has, pick the cheapest. Easy
I got the 595 RPM's, will test the performance on the 3rd at RAC but noise-wise they are much better than I expected.

Had EVOs all round, and chewed the left front out about a month ago, local tyre dealer order 2 replacements, but got RPMs and the Subie hasn't turned a wheel since.
When the new shipment arrives looking at either replacing the 2 RPMs with EVOs or buying 2 more RPMs. (they the EVOs were $200 each the RPMs arrived, the dealer said the next 2 tyres would be no cost replacements if EVOs or same price for the RPMs existing tyres are about 80% )

so my ku36's have done just over 31,800 kays... looking a bit bare haha, double what I thought I was going to get out of them. admittedly there is a lot of long k's (Gero, mullewa, Bunbry etc)
still grippy, but the ass end now comes out with a bit of spirited driving. obviously they are pretty worn, but they have worn very evenly, Been very happy with them. awesome dry grip, and very predictable near the limit. although in the wet can be a bit slippy, esp with a bit of right foot haha. For under a grand fitted they were awesome value. Would Definitely recommend. and would get again, but want to give r1r's a go next

Tell Westy Kym with the White WRX sent you if you go to him... Great deals on tyres! I paid $150 a corner for 255/35/18's in not a completely china povo brand
Works out of his garage at his place, so keeps the costs down... great guy to deal with, always happy to help. Just don't text him at stupid times, its a business, treat it like one |

Looking to replace the RE070's, and am considering these two:
- CONTINENTAL CONTISPORTCONTACT-3 eBay Australia: Buy new & used fashion, electronics & home d - KUMHO KU36 eBay Australia: Buy new & used fashion, electronics & home d Searching/reading (on the forums and abroad), seems the KU36's are good value for money, and Conti's are not too shabby a performers (#1 in Europe?). Price between the two doesn't bother, so suggestions/opinions? I'm leaning towards the Conti's. Cheers, Adrian P.S. Also, suggestions on fitting/balancing appreciated (close to the city preferable. Wheels World?)

Poncha, Bridgestone are doing a sale atm, their potenza range is good value for money right now.
I'm on Fed 595 EVOs myself, as a daily and track rubber they go hard. |
