Gearbox oil change

I would like to drain the gearbox oil from a 97 STI and re fill with Redline shock proof oil.
Q * When i take out the large drain plug under the gearbox, does that also drain the front diff ?

Q * Is the front diff a part of the gearbox ?

Q * There is a dip stick on the top area of the gear box. Do I refill through this hole ?

Q * How much oil should it take ?

Sorry if these Q's a a bit basic but WRX mechanicals are new to me.
