As everyone else said, get it towed to one of the usual Subaru Workshops (MMS, RMS, ASG, Blue Star) and get the work done there, by someone who knows your car.

Thanks guys. In all honestly, I just want it fixed, so it can go on car sales. I have got some advice from a few other workshops and it is pretty much as said ballpark from 3000-5000 So it is decided now, as soon as fixed its gone. And I will get a shit box of a car. I am not keen on a new engine as at least I know this ones history.

Why dont you just cut your losses and sell it as is? Someone else might want to put a better motor in it and it saves you the hassle and money trying to get it going again??
