do you have any amps or capacitors etc. Sounds like something is drawing alot of current out of your batter. pretty rare for a new battery to pack up so quickly, if so warranty.
then check alternator.

check your interior lights aren't staying on (broken door switch) also get in your boot & get someone to shut you in there to make sure your boot light goes off when the boot closes

11 volts is flat!

A fully charged car battery is around 12.8 volts at rest.

Do you have an under-drive pulley set fitted ? (anodised alloy pulleys)

if car is not starting first things to check:

1. Are you in the car?
2. Have you got the keys?
3. Are the keys in the ignition?
4. Did you turn the keys?
5. Did you turn the keys clockwise?
6. Did you turn the keys clockwise enough to start the engine?
7. Do you have petrol?

Perform these first
