Default Boost and flutter issue!

Seeking some words of wisdom in a potential problem.

Yesterday arvo I took off quite fast and as I changed through the gears noticed that boost would not push beyond 2 - 4 psi.
Opened the bonnet and had a quick look around and found nothing obvious wrong. ALso noticed I had lost the flutter sound.

Theres no smoke coming out of the car and its running well just not boosting. Turbo is only 3000km old (IHI VF34) and engine is newly built and tuned to 19 psi.

Any ideas as its gonna be a frustrating couple days waiting for my mechanic to be open for business

Checked under the hood again. All hose clamps were fine and piping as well.
Found a loose hose running from under the manifold dangling near the top of the manifold. Found only other possible (visible) place it could of fit to was near the waste gate (a little connector had nothing attached).

Only problem was hose was about 50mm too short to have fitted there?

Funny you should mention that....had that issue as well 2 weeks ago, although the car was actually missing alot. This time it runs fine....just no boost (and flutter).

Got under the car as I was too lazy (drunk) to do it yesterday and checked the pipes running from the fmic ....found one clamp loose and pipe was almost off. Could be the possible cause. Just took the car for a quick spin and boost is coming on, although Im still worried about the loose hose and connection with no hose attached. Will nag my mechanic tomorrow again (I think he hates the sight of me now as Im always there haha)
