Check carsales and see what type of average prices on cars of the same model/year/ km's in Perth are asking. Then consider the $$ you have spent on your mods and add some $$ on top of that. Really if you are selling on carsales i would personally put a higher starting price if no interest, then just start lowering the price takes only a few minutes to edit your asking price.

Also be patient, when i was selling the subi many months back the lowest offer was 23k and the hightest was 28k.

Being honest, how much do you want for it?

As said you can ask a premium over a stock car 2nd had price, but you will have to wait a long time for the right buyer.

If you want to move it on quickly, you will need to lower the 'premium' you want.

But post up how much you would sell it for, I'm sure there would be a few interested parties reading this thread who would get it for the right price.
