dont worry about that in the slightest either man... anyone who knows anything decent about performance cars knows that a subaru may not be the fastest in a straight line but on any kind of bend you can own all. cept maybe a gtr...

im not too familiar with the limits of the verso tune sorry man, or what injectors you can run with it ( im on the old school v2 sti ecu ), but it certainly would be something to look at. theres a good thread on ecus here:

a stock sti turbo and tmic with 17 or 18psi should make about 260ish, assuming the injectors etc are not limiting it.

I ran the GTPS02 on my old 05 WRX 2L EJ205

Engine mods were 3" TBE, PW FMIC, GT Spec Headers, GTPS02, Decapped injectors, Walbro pump, Apexi intake, GFB BOV...

Made 299.3hp and near on 400nm of torque... I'd imagine you'll go close to that even with the 2.5L and TMIC as mine was only running 18psi?
I'd say that Nic is hesitant to raise your expectations on output, as ever car is different, but I'd be suprised if you made less than 280hp with that level of mods...

For the record, my WRX made 227hp with just the exhaust and tune before as well..

I have all those mods on my foz 2.5L: walbro fuel pump, gtpso2, sti tmic, stock injectors, stock intake, 3" tbe. Verso by sean and I made 270hp and about 360-70-80nm at about 17psi (i think) from memory. Hoping to get a little more from equal length headers and cai!!

Hope that gives u a rough idea

Why the choice of the GT Pumps turbo? Is it the correct one for the 2.5L? Maybe ask Sean what turbo he recommends to get to your desired power choice.

i.e. instead of going to a workshop and saying 'hi, install these kthx, how many powerz will that make?' go in and tell them your desired goal for the car and see what they recommend 'hi, I'm looking for a fast, responsive daily driver and wouldn't mind hitting 280-300hp with bulk low rpm torque if possible'.

Sometimes a lot of the "internet mods" may not work with your setup, whereas a workshop who is looking at your car can advise the best solution.
