Your video is different to my noise...mine was only when driving. Sounds like yours may be bearing related.

yea thats odd, i've seen some youtube videos with simular noises and a lot of people are saying heatshield or exhuast issues. And most are saying it is common and easy to fix.

But I'm still not 100% as to what the problem is. I will try and see my mechanic tomorrow

Stuffed cat converter. Give it a tap and see if it rattles.

Yea I will tomorrow. And i have watched more youtube vids and a stuffed cat converter does seem to be the problem.

My whole TBE exhaust is done by MRT and they have a lifetime warranty on their products so hopefully I'll be able to get it replace for free

Bosch fuel pump? The one in my old Bug Eye used to vibrate on de-cel, sounded like something vibrating near the back door & took ages to work it out.

My rattle sounds like it is coming from under and kind of near the turbo, but not the turbo itself.

Could even be the turbo mounting bracket.

I had a rattle, and it turned out the bracket was broken/snapped, and was just the 2 bits of the bracket rattling together. Just welded it together and all was good.

I would check all brackets, mounting points, heat shielding etc around your turbo and exhaust, as you may have a similar issue. The rattle could be something as simple as a broken or missing bolt.

I've attached a pic that shows the turbo bracket point (red) and the heat shield bracket points (orange). The pic is with TMIC and heatshield off...

To confirm if it's the heat shield, shove a long screwdriver or bar down there and put some pressure on it. If it shuts up you've found your problem. If it's a ceramic cat they can fall apart and rattle all the time, not just when cold.
