would you happen to have torque settings for the build?? if so could you either pm or type it up if you dont mind??
It depends what your using. If your using a 207 short engine, then thats all pre-assembled by STI ninja's.
As far as bolting the heads on, I used ARP head studs, so the torque settings are in the box with the studs.

If/when you go for FMIC or V mount then it will really come alive.
I have no doubt it will be over the magic 300atw. Very confident of that.
I have to save for a while to get the V-mount sorted, its a definite though.
It already pulls harder then the old setup and its only running .85bar at the moment
I don't think I really need to smash 1.6bar into it like before, should go good at about 1.4

I should try and merge the threads, (mods, can this be done?)
But I've got an engine build thread for my new engine called
'johns 207 build'
Check it, I've pretty much done everything I planned to do in my opening post.

i agree, 550's wont be anywhere near enough for 350, looking forward to see end results.

550cc injectors with a Walbro pump should be good for 350atw, maybe more.

I'm hoping to get on a dyno next week as I'm on Hols, but at the moment I'm running 1.3bar and haven't seen more then 50% duty cycle.
AFR's at 11.5
