Default Bulbs keep blowing?!?

Hey guys I'm having trouble with my headlights and taillights continually blowing, left or right it seems to be pretty random..

Only started happening after getting my car back from Mao and Evo-R after having new heads installed, I've looked at the fuses etc and all seems to be okay?? I've replaced approx 5 headlights and 3 taillights in the past 2 months! I'm assuming it's some sort of short? but got no idea where to start looking.

Can anyone shed some light on this??

Cheers.
Matt.

Check the earth from the block to the chassis, voltage spikes will cause this.

I had that in mine, headlights. Melted the tips. I took in to an auto electrician they checked it out but it wasnt getting any voltage spikes so they just replaced the bulbs and never had a problem again.

Hope you get it sorted coz their not cheap to keep replacing.
