I did search "shifter bushes" but got lots of threads about 6 speed bushes for sale etc.

Currently my gear stick is sloppier than a brothel worker after the American sailor visit.

I believe it is an ebay short shifter. (as per Corrie and his for sale ad)

I presume its the bushes that have worn and allowed the sloppiness?

Ideas on price/parts etc for resolution method would be appreciated before I accidentially miss a shift and implode a 5 speed.

I suspect swapping back to a stock shifter and new bushes would be the go?
