I had it for around 7 months now and its still pumping ok..so some r make more noise than others!
Thats abit of a relief, I could swear that it was making louder humming when I first put in...

Im waiting on a tomei fuel pressure regulator types s im ordering in, will that fpr that test the fuel pumps quailty and life? Im following the tomei 8265 arm turbo manual it reckons I will get better constant fuel pressure more than the stock regulator...i guess im just gonna wait an see, but I mite just see a be on the safe side and consider on buying a new gen walbro gss341...this time pay more attention to detail.

You want loud? Bosch 044 in 40 degree heat is loud. Walbro pumps are not loud.

My 044 at idle is louder than my car

Mine was too and on deceleration sounded like someone was twanging the handbrake cable, took so long to work out what the noise was behind me, people hanging out the door everything, fucking thing nearly drove me nuts.
