Torque setting sounds ok to me. If the O ring is installed correctly it will not come out regardless of how tight you tighten the bolt.

HELP Cooler is back on and I bought a 5 litre bottle of coolant but it still needs a bit more!,I didn't think I lost so much when I took the Cooler off.

How much water is too much to add to the coolant,if I look in the filler you can see coolant but it needs more,need my car for work tomorrow..

Use dilstilled water. A small amount won't dilute the coolant to dangerous level.

Damn, I'll have to go buy some more Coolant,started the car briefly and the coolant dropped off heaps.

means i'm driving the Torana in the Rain tomorrow ,fun car but wipers are are slow as piss, so in heavy rain its hard to see plus doesn't handle so good in the wet

Next doors dog Nah it was when my damn sprinkler valves fucked up!.

Im just about to go add the rest of the coolant and hear that WRX are mongrels to bleed the air out the coolant, any tips guys: I gotta get the Subaru going tonight that damn Torana is Alcoholic on fuel!!!!..

just run it up with a funnel on the header tank, let the fans go on and off twice and should be alright

YIPEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!, Oil Leak is now all fixed, the problem was that Oil Cooler O Ring afterall and nothing to do with filters.

Cant see any oil at coming out now,I now move onto sorting out the odd hesitation problem on take off

a big thanks to All that helped with this Oil Leak situation.... especially Marti
