my power window buttons dont seem to be stuck but they dont seem to work the only time they work is whenever this thing clicks and it only go's up and down on the clicks

Something is wrong with one of your windows - that is the load limiter that prevents the window motors burning out if a switch is held or the window glass is hit something mid travel.
