Little update...
ASG retuned my car today I got 265hp and 410nm torque out of it and the car feels alot better driving now, only concern I have now is that idle at the lights there is a vibration throughout the car and its not uniform, say every 5 seconds it peaks then chills out then comes back again. I opened the bonnet and the engine is noticably shuddering. It never did this before the tune today. Is this normal? Can it cause damage to my engine and what is causing it? Is it a timing issue?

Big props to asg aswell they did not charge me to retune and spent a good hour n a half retuning.

Was there any squealing from the engine bay?

On a more serious note... did you have your a/c on, engine revs a bit harder on and off when the a/c fan kicks in which is every 5-10 seconds on and off... turn the air off and see...
If that's not it, I'd get it checked asap, go back to ASG first thing tomorrow morning and see what they say, they'll sort it out for you.

Nah i turned ac off, i dont think its misfiring as it hasnt lost power when driving it and it doesnt sound any different just shuddering, might just be a slight wrong air fuel mix. Just dont want to damage my engine

Sounds to me like it's hunting idle. Crazy suggestion here - take it back to workshop, see if you can replicate your problem with them present.

If you think something is wrong it is in your best interests to take it back to ASG. If there is something wrong (that would have been caused by their recent work on the car) then it would be in their interest to help you fix the issue.
