1-2 mine test was done on clod start, not cool down. Go and check crawford aos, they use coolant line to eliminate moistrue from cold start.

3. Jence I changed to straight breather. It did catch lot of oil though.

4. So how would head breather sucking air off boost?

Maybe evos has more crank case pressure. I never done the test on tee joint two breathers together. It was a concern that one of them would block the other.

Pcv should be blocked, its after throttle, even if ur tmic is dry. There still be oil being sucked into manifold. Mine had a small puddle when I took the tb off.

1.a. Cold start would happen after a hot shut down, no?
When your engine cools i.e overnight - it draws in cool air/ moisture........

1.b. The water heated Crawford AOS is heated to accelerate condensate evaporation - which can happen in cold climates. Also the unit you mention is a closed loop system - it isn't vented to the atmosphere.
