I would go something like this if not going rotated or external gate. Dual ceramic ball bearing, single scroll with a 3 inch inlet 3076.

Oil consumption is definitely cranking up. AFR's are getting close to 10 flat when testing wide open throttle.

Are you getting white smoke on start up? If so, any chance you could record a short video clip of it?

Before ringland complete breaks, it wont have smoke on start, at least in my case. It only rake two hairline crack on one piston to burn 200ml oil in 100km, and lose 70psi compression.

No smoke at all on startup. Only usual condensation. Coolant levels are normal and so it is just the cold mornings.

I even checked if there was smoke out of he dipstick or oil filler and whilst there is some puffing of air there is no smoke.

I have been scouring the web trying to find any other possible causes such as boost leak or failed turbo but whilst there are no symptoms the same as mine...it is almost certain IMO to be a Ringland.

Started ordering some parts for the engine swap. 30m of titanium exhaust wrap, an AVO silicone intake, killer b pickup and baffle and the zerolift TGVs. Also got a sard fuel pressure regulator to get rid of the fuel stumble. Have been using the extra yard of fuel hose mod previously but time to do it right I suppose.

I have ready that some people still use a factory dampener when installing these. What are your thoughts and any tips?
