penrite
Not many use the Penrite oils, Any reason why i have used them in most of my cars.. From the Vl turbo to the V8's and didnt see why not with the WRX now??
Like the Sin 0 oil they have is full synthetic 0W-50 the extra 10.... thoughts people??? |
Because penrite is shit.
Use either a 5w30 or 5w50 (like mobil 1) 0w oil will give you no oil pressure at idle in an average 5-10 year old EJ. |
hmmmz
Well that sucks because i have a bottle here im not going to use it after the advice an looking around, Looks like work has gotten a free bottle of oil for the work ute. An looks like ill be taking another drive to one of the 4 car shops for some nicer oil....
What ill get i dont know?? insert advice below for a light mod 2002 wrx with about 130,000km |
Yeah I used to use Castrol 5w30 then I tried Penrite 5w40 twice and it never seems to last.. needs changing within 2-3k & always finding it disappearing to.... always topping it up. Gonna go for Mobile 1 Next time!
