back on topic, how do you guys determine your goal weight?

i just subtract 100 from my height in cm

185cm - 100 = 85kg
lol @ crywanking.

my goal weight would be 69kg then, but i'm hella buff so I don't see that happening. I arbitrarily chose 75kg as my goal weight because thats the mandated minimum weight of a WRC driver :P

I dropped nearly 10kgs coming out of a 3year relationship. It's trying to keep the kgs off that is the main task.

My Trainer took my measurements this morning. Couldn't get my weight because of battery fail in my scales bit here goes:

10/2/2010
Biceps 36cm
Chest 98cm
Waist 84cm
Hips 114cm
Thighs 61 (left) 62 (right)
Calves 36cm

20/10/2010
Biceps 29cm
Chest 92cm
Waist 75cm
Hips 105cm
Thighs 55cm (left) 54 (right)
Calves 32cm (left) 32.5 (right)

I've toned up a fair bit but seem to be starting to plateau out since my last weigh in at the end of May. Training will be kicking up a notch and I better stick to my diet plan a bit more if I want to get to my goal weight of 58kgs within the next couple of months

Looking for a new gym, can anyone suggest anywhere they have been happy with?

Somewhere that has nice facilities and up to date equipment.
I live in Inglewood/Mt Lawley so preferably close to home.

Mt Lawley ecu is pretty good I find. Not too massive and it doesn't get to busy. Having indoor basketball courts is a plus too and it is not to pricey.

Do they do comps there or just casual courts?

We are looking for somewhere to play as our season is ending soon and the centre is doing 3 months off to redo all the courts

Man I've just joined up at jetts in balcatta.. I'm paying 18bucks a fortnight and it's a 24/7 gym pretty much.. Even go in when no staff are there.. Plus its only been open since monday, so all the equipment are brand new

Join before Saturday and there is no $100 joining fee

maybe some do some dont, i thought i had something to do with being 24hrs a day and often unsupervised making it a bit of a injury/liabililty risk for the owners to have free weights versus just having machines, could be wrong though
