Im in the same boat. Cant put weight on. I am not bothered anymore though. I ride heaps now so my legs have been bulking up but my chest and arms are useless. I put about 10kg on when i got married but since riding i have lost it all. Just going for the cut look now. Better for my body. I also dont eat nearly enough thru the day.

179cm
73kg

Sunday: Weights - Monday: Futsal, Weights - Tuesday: Futsal, Weights - Wednesday: Futsal, Cardio - Thursday: Futsal, Weights - F,S - REST.

Futsal is only like a 30minute run around no really an instense cardio session though.

Biggest problem is that you aren't eating enough and that you do as many cardio sessions as you do weights which isn't condusive to muscle building..
Keep a food diary for a week and pm it to me so I can see what foods you eat ( be specific ) and I'll sort you out.
Also tell me what you do work wise ( office or outdoor etc ) as this will help with a game plan to get some food into you.

Hey guys,

Currently down from 96kg to 87kg in about 6 weeks.

Target weight is about 80kg which is health for my height (185cm).

Currently eating:

-Oats for breakfast (unsweetened and no milk, just water) with cinamon
-Salads and lean meats for lunch.
-lean meats and veggies for dinner.

-cheat day on weekend (buy not over indulging).

- no alchohol, if i must, wine only.

avoiding:

- un-complex carbs (i.e. white rice, bread etc)
- sugar
- junk food
- limit milk
- soft drinks

Training

- 4 to 5 times a week of HIIT

keen to start bumping up weight training.

^^ Defiantly am.

I start a food diary today and pm you in a weeks time.

I knew it had something to do with my diet i just find it hard to work around eating at work as i am always occupied. I work in a warehouse, 60% is in an office, the other 40% is outback lifting and moving heavy stuff around (not really that physical though).

thanks heaps btw.

Throw half a kilo of tuna in springwater every day of the week into an existing good food plan, combine with a good weights workout and weight for the muscle?

If you mix the tuna with some salt and pepper and a touch of vinegar it's all good.

Drink 2 litres of skim milk a day for 2 weeks and see how you go. Or you could go out and spend a few hundred bucks on a bucket of 'mass gainer 5000' that you'll never finish.

Haha, done everything from eating tuna straight out of the tin to eating protein powder straight out of the tub cos I didn't have anything to mix it with.

Problem is I eat / live / breath the industry ( it pays my bills ) so was prepared to do the dumb stuff whereas the usual punter finds it hard enough as it is so the best way is to try to manipulate what they already eat so it's not as big of a change.

Shit i envy all the guys that are trying to put on weight!!! I wish I could lose about 5-7kg. I'm not that much over weight but just can't shift the last hand full of KG's. Need to look at my diet as i know I do enough cardio to loose weight.
