I got into new ground this week. Lost 2kgs in the week, taking me into the magic figure, 10+kg's lost so far. Been going for 9 weeks in total, this is my 10th. Hoping to get to 90ish kilo's maybe? We'll see. I haven't set any real goals yet, so we'll see |

I have been struggling to loose weight. I run min 5km 3-4 times a week and then follow that up with a 1/2 hr bike ride. Go to Gym for 3/4 hours two mornings a week. Mainly to focus on toning up. I don't drink much beer or wines and never have take away. Currently weigh 94kg and have been that weight for about 5 months. Need to try do something special to break under the 90kg mark which has been a goal for about 5 years. the best i every got to was 91.9 a few years ago.
