^^ What Burke said.. i was on Light and Easy for about six months.. I find you get sick of the food pretty quickly and the portions are just rediculously small. If you're exercising at the same time I found I'm STARVING all the time IMO.

Lite n Easy is great when you are lazy and want all your meals delivered.

When you decide you want something other than microwaved cardboard you stack it on if you haven't learned portion control. Given the amount of food they get you to eat on those plans, you don't learn portion control or realise that the yoghurt they give you actually isn't available in a shop with the same nutritional value etc. Again if you stop, it's very easy to stack weight back on afterwards.

I did lite n easy for 2 weeks and i got bored of the food.
Found counting calories a lot easier to do.
Although I noticed lite n easy encourages you to eat the set amount of calories and exercise. They don't mention if you workout you should put those calories back in so you don't starve your body.

Just an update on what I have done, Decided to go with the Light and Easy an so far its going well, Lost 3kg in a week so far. Have set a goal to loose 12kg in a month, Been doing lots of cardio at the gym on the bikes and treadmill and have already noticed a good improvment to my fitness. Will research some more about Calorie counting etc, so when I get sick of light and easy I can ditch it without stacking it on again.

12kg in a month is a biiigg effort Can be done though if you are a machine and dont drink any alcohol or eat any fast food. Excersice almost every day of the week (intensely).

I went for a run tonight, nice and cool.

Its alot to lose but Ive got alot to lose haha. All up looking to lose around 20kg but just going to hammer myself for the first month to try and get the majority off and then look at toning and loosing the last bit slowly so I dont loose too much muscle

It all depends on how much body fat uve got to loose... I went from 70kgs to around 60.5kgs in two months... Yes its not a month, but if i was 80kgs (i.e overwieght) to start with i would have easily lost that amount in a month with the cardio and calorie restriction plan i was doing..

But i was exercising intensely for atleast an 1hr everday or every second day..

I think the general rule is fast off fast back on again as far as weight loss is concerned.
I have nothing to back that up btw....
Something else to consider is what is happening with your weight. You may belooking slimmer and more toned but your weight can be around the same place where you started (depending on your start point of course) due to growth in muscle and reduction in fat.
Also it's more important to consider how you are feeling morw than how you look. Losing a heap of weight in a short time isn't really worth it if you are feeling fatigued/crappy all the time.

Got my ass into gear 6 weeks ago and started seeing a personal trainer at Fitness First Subi. Was a bit anxious having a male trainer but get along with him. Have been training twice a week with one session dedicated to legs with cardio and boxing and the other dedicated to upper body with boxing and cardio as well as doing my horse riding etc on weekends.

Well it's been a fitness week this week. 5.5km power walk followed by an hour of horse riding on Monday, 2 km power walk and 1 and 1/2 hour of cantering and jumping on Tuesday and 1 km walk today followed by a 45 minute personal training sesh where I lifted 80 kg with my legs, squatted with 20 kgs, lunged with 15 kgs, leg curls with 20 kgs, cycled for 3 x 1 minute spirits, boxed with 15kgs followed by normal boxing no wonder I feel tired. Weighing in on Friday followed by consultation next week.
Sleeping well tonight I think.
