Not Really. A snack for me is a cup of coffee. I like almonds and banana's if we have them at home. I dont eat potato chips. Sometimes I might have a couple of vitawheat crackers with cheese for a snack.

Unfortunately I am a sucker for chocolate and my dad loves to buy them - but I dont think I really have it that often that it would cause weight maintenance at my current amount.

Im too busy playing/working/yelling at somebody/building models/repairing RC Cars to have time to think about snacks.

Sounds like the changes you have made are good ones Cam Now you just need to stick with it and the improvements/weight loss will come for sure. One other suggestion is to really limit the carbs you have at night, so maybe decrease the amount of potatoes etc you are eating at night, especially if you don't have much exercise planned for the next day

Im a software engineer - my exercise is virtually 0. I try to walk around the block at Lunchtime and I am starting to do a walk as soon as I get home every day.

Only just started but I am using Nexercise on my phone to compete with a few friends to stay motivated. Im not somebody who likes to lose at anything so I think that will be the best way for me. Plus in Canning Vale at about 5pm half the neighbourhood is out walking/jogging too so you dont feel silly.

Hopefully after 5 years you've done enough to wear them out a bit..
Go see huggys mate to fit you up some and hopefully is problem solved. If not you've eliminated a cause.

Cam, did I miss the part where it said you were doing any exercise?

You can cut the brown rice out for starters and lol @ Chinese for lunch.

Sorry cam, I did miss the part where you said It's virtually 0, and a 'walk' is fuck all.

Let me break it down for you.

Eat shit all day and 0 exercise = fat fuck.

Fat fuck who then decides to eat ok with no exercise and sedentary job will remain a fat fuck because calories in will equal out calories out so therefore no weight loss.

Fat fuck who then decides to exercise ( not a pussy walk ) and continue to eat well will lose weight because calories in will be less than calories out.

And cunts write books on this shit!

Ask TJ why he carries some weight and he won't tell you it's the 'toxins' fault, he tells you straight up and has been doing something about it.

It pains me when there is no accountability, and although Cam is on the right track, since when was exercising going to make you look silly. I know that it is looked as a chore by some but our country is turning in to a bunch of fatties.

Unless you are a ritard, you should be able to think of something to do, other than the obvious, to get you out there doing something.

Especially where we live.
