there is no simple answer... oh yes there is.. PROPER skid pan / track training!

and if you don't spin out on the track then you cant pass because you don't know the limit yet :P

another ridiculously stupid suggestion that is never going to work. What are they going to do if your caught driving a car suspected of having a higher power to weight than allowed? Confiscate your car. Then take it to a weighbridge to weigh it and then pay for a workshop to dyno it???

And i totally agree with what dave said, who in their right mind would feel safer in a shitter commodore than a car which stops and handles properly...

It'll be a blanket ban applied to factory stats for the model, not on a per car basis
