I think drink driving should be a hoon law, confiscation of vehicle, big fines and loss of lic etc. PerthZed you clearly have not been affected by a drunk driver in your life or i'm sure your tone would change

Yes it's over but only just and just because you are over the limit doesn't mean you are drunk, people have different tollerances to alcohol.
As has been said not long ago it was excess .08 and still only now excess .08 is loss of licence. Unlike other states which is .05

Not condoning drink driving either by the way. But the guy made a mistake no need to have a full on go at him guys.

78% is "only just" nowadays, fark!

Your car only just has more power than a 200 rwhp WRX then Jaron.

Has more than 78% of a 200hp car thankyou.

.009 over the allowed limit before your licence gets taken is the 'only just' part I was talking about.

As I said before I don't condone it.

Would like to know why you felt the need to tell everyone what you blew? Has nothing to do with the question. I take a little back off my last post, you do need a bit of a flaming for that.

Didn't pass maths at school did you?

200hp + 78% = 356hp. Which is about what you have.
