Not as many as Rockingham and Northbridge..

Plus you get the added bonus of having the Natives YELLING at 2am outside your house and/or falling asleep on your doorstep so you smack them with the door and get abused when you go to leave the house in the morning.

I love Freo on a sunday afternoon. Little Creatures, Sail and Anchor, The Loft, Clancys, The Monk are all brilliant, but on a Friday or Saturday Night the place is a young kids and short angry wog playground.

Thanks to the Newport, the Clink, Metros and people who think 'Clubbing' is a word, the place turns into a dive. I have not seen any stabbings, but several glassings at Metros, and 1 girl cop a broken bottle in the throat at the clink.

If I could live anywhere in Perth it would be the CBD, South Perth, West Perth, Cottesloe, in that order. Everything else is too far away or in a suburban sea of houses.

Each to their own I guess, its only a matter of time until someone suggests Lockridge as an 'up and coming' suburb, close to the city without the high prices you see elsewhere.

Catcha, notice how all the SOR people start bagging us out, the minute we mention NOR is better? Is this the kind of people you want to surround yourself with? Probably not right... so move NOR :P

In all seriousness, stay with ur mate for a while, suss it all out for yourself, I'll even take you for a tour around if your mates are busy and show you where is where in this sleepy town!

Get a house on the hill, sit back and watch whats going down north & south of river from the comfort of your balcony. Added bonus is your close to fun WRX roads. Thats gotta be a win!
