Bollocks, I've never heard of anyone failing them. We had a bloke that wore 5XL shirts with the bottom 4 buttons replaced with cable ties and he still managed to get on.

hahaha they have tightened it all now, the reasons were genuine and once i had the specialists sign off i was good to go, my contract has restrictions though
