im probably gonna get fined. have 2 jobs and claim the no tax threshold for both of them if i do get money back it will go towards some new tyres and getting my guards rolled.

Just bought my first little treat with the cash I don't yet have :P

Pioneer SC LX82 receiver for my home theatre.

7 channels at 190wrms each, 5 HDMI inputs, 1080p upscaling. blah blah blah all the goodies I could possibly use.

SC-LX82 (Archived) - Pioneer UK

RRP here is around the $3500 mark. Found one in immaculate condition bargained down to $1100. Score!

Now to find some speakers.

For those of you that are going from getting small returns or having to pay extra tax, then seeing some wizard accountant and getting thousands back...

What was the cause for change? Did the new accountant tell you of things you weren't aware of or are you in some not so legal tax minimisation pyramid woodchipping scheme?
