Pretty sure there have been no deaths or major accidents in this time frame on this "dangerous" straight stretch of road! You'd think with 80,000 people over the limit and the WA Govt's "Speed Kills" mantra there would be heaps of casualties!!!!!! (N.B. the sarcasm as no font is available)

all the new fixed speed cameras and random poliscans on the side of the road have definitely slowed me down.

still give it the occasional squirt but.

67kp/h in a 60zone, $150 fine, fucking seriously?

More time watching your Speedo, less time watching the road. Good one!! I think it's pathetic that there is such an enphasis on catching speeding drivers.. It's just as distracting constantly watching your speedo and the side of the road than it is driving and SMS'ing.. same same in my opinion.

Roof mounted cameras! If they get the readings wrong with fixed stationary cameras how are they going to guarantee these are calibrated correctly.

Yeh pretty crazy, especially because i dont live in perth, when im driving around trying to find places/what street to turn down, half the time i have no idea what the speed limit is because of poor signage or none at all.

So theres me grandma spec driving in a rex

As mitchwnz says... more time watching the speedo... should be watching the road grrr
