fark yeah, always wanted to build one of these but have been scared off by epicly exxy kits that are out there

have you seen muggzys?

Just make sure the chimney is high enough. Neighbours have one and it's a PITA with smoke all through the back yard.

My neighbours used to say that about smoker ... Since having ribs no complaints.

Can't wait Tristan. Slow cook capretto in wood fired oven is, dare I say it, as good as ribs.

Ensure you include a door to seal for longer term low temp cooking.

Capretto is goat Dave

Slow marinated goat in wood fire oven is the best.

by the looks of that, the chimney is to the front. Wont it smoke up (unless you have a fan sucking the smoke out) the cooking bay area? (im shit at this so by all means, correct me)

the frame is the first step. the oven is by eye at this stage.
