My STi Spec R was a demo, got 6K off and only had 1000km on it. Definitely think it's worth it provided the condition is ok.

Same with my Wife's car, we bought an ASX that was about 7K off because it had 4000km. Looked brand new and they even threw in some extras because they wanted to sell it.

Dont see any problem in the car you want as a demo Daryl, just get prices on a new car on the road and the demo and see if the amount of kilometeres it has done to how much your saving is reasonable.

Isn't the running in program the most crucial part of helping a cars longevity? I have spoken to so many dealers who have said that the cars don't need running in and that they are already done at the factory....then you open the user manual to reveal a detailed sequence of gradual loading and warnings about racing the engine.

Your brand new Subaru is put straight on a roller 'dyno' to check engine and brakes straight after it is built.

After witnessing it first hand, if they don't baby the engines, why should you?
JDM_STYLE and GTB Liberty like this.
