haha. I can't pay my mortgage by myself :P
Well I probably could but I wouldn't have any nice clothes or nice toys and I'd be eating McCain frozen meals every night.

Besides that, is double clutching in any way recommend for a 5 speed?
I double clutch on spirited down shifts.
Clutch in - neutral - clutch out - rev to bring up rpm - clutch in - shift down - clutch out
It seems to work well to prevent excessive engine breaking but have I got it right?
I've tried my idea of heel/toe but no where near competent enough to master atm especially on public roads.
What's with this double de-clutch thing...you don't need to do it (it's only for use in trucks and non synchro boxes)...heel and toe with a smooth downshift is all you need to do...

Mrs has a 1965 International AB truck. You literally need to double clutch that pig rooter in order to go through all 4 gears. 2 speed diff gives it a toospeed of about 70kmh. They dont make em like that anymore.

Noted- this is appears to be (and from my clutsy attempts) a somewhat complex technique, though I certainly see how it is more efficient.

With my limited experience in spirited style shifting, the double clutching down shifts prevents my brain/feet dissonance becoming a liability.
One foot one pedal type of thing.
