Mid pods are 11cm in diameter (3" speakers). My last setup wasn't stealth either.

Stealth isn't going to happen with a 3 way setup. Fibreglass trims are neater granted, but massive bulges in the trim isn't what I would call stealth. Speaker placement/firing direction isn't optimal either and at the end of the day, both setups can be ripped out along with the pillar trim by an enthusiastic thief.

Default Power run and fusing

Last weekend's efforts... just the speaker wiring, gain setting and tuning to go...

Very neat. I like it!

One thing that strikes me as a bit odd / potential problem. Is the fuse block infront of the ECU under the carpet. Thats pretty much directly where the passenger feet goes. Do you think it could be stepped on and broken in that location.

I don't carry passengers very often at all, but I will be placing a layer of foam over the top of it. I had the same worry but wanted it easily accessible. My old processor used to sit on the same plate. Granted it was much larger and sturdier but was never a problem except for an enormous hump under the carpet. haha.
