Shane, I'm in the "keep your current heads" team for this one. Built motor or crate motor but leave with the OEM heads (plus cams ). As Doug said, dual avcs will be a headache for you to implement. A good middle ground could be a late model 2.5 dual avcs (Rising sun had a 2012 STI A-Line 2.5 recently) and put after market single avcs cams in it, block up the exhaust cam sensors etc.

it's a 125 so yep need licence

but you can get a 50cc exactly the same and rip the restrictor off and it will do maybe 70km/hr
