Yea I'd suggest 23-24 Psi ... I'd be watching for boost spikes as the colder weather sets in.
Imagine when the ECU does some learning ... assuming it can deal with those large variables

yes 24 peak it would appear - get over the 4th gear thing Dave ALL MMS cars are run in 4th and they historically have been more conservative than ASG.
Until someone runs an ASG car on the MMS Dyno without making any changes we will never know
