So I went to Barbagello last Tuesday for a tuning day to have some more fun with the car. It was long track which I have never really done to be honest.

I'm really happy with how the car is starting to feel now, I just need to get as much seat time in as I can and get my lines / braking distances better, as looking back over the videos I took they are both in need of help. I did start to achieve consistent times on my last 3 runs (out of 6) of the day, which is a good thing I think.

Below is a video of my quickest lap for the day, feel free to give me any pointers on where / what I might be doing wrong. I know I'm not going deep enough into some of the corners & that is something I have to work on.

Its taken me 3 days to work out the data logger overlay software. Its a great tool though to learn what you are actually doing out on the track, opposed to what you think you are doing.

Anyway - Enjoy

Yeah the car did quite well considering the ambient temperatures. I think I managed a 56.6 short & a 66.4 long. I really do need some work on the lines that I am taking though, so the first nolimits event I can get too, I want to spend some time with an instructor in the car.

Some in car of me & outside the Auto Pro Canning Valve group giving it a bit of a nudge too

You seem to be very busy with the gears at Colbe, possibly dropping back one to many, hang over from a 5 speed?

The one at the back of the track before coming back over the hill on the back straight.

Ah... Na I don't think I'm too busy. It's only a 2.0 ltr, I have lag, must keep the revs above 5K. 3rd or 4th? Ill pick 3rd as according to my performance box it's quicker???
